　　很遺憾我今天是來遞交辭職報(bào)告，在我做出這個(gè)決定之前我思考了好長時(shí)間，再加上最近找了份新的工作。我權(quán)衡了現(xiàn)在的工作和新工作的利弊，最終我還是選擇離開。離開的原因是因?yàn)槲覍ΜF(xiàn)在所從事的行業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸失去激情，再也無法像當(dāng)初剛進(jìn)×××公司那樣，昂揚(yáng)的斗志，富有激情的加班加點(diǎn)的工作，再加上公司對待員工有一些方面不是很合理，比如加班沒有工資，無法享受國家法定節(jié)假日等。我覺得做為it從業(yè)人員需要更加飽滿的精神來工作，而不是每天高強(qiáng)度的工作，使得工作效率比較低。

　　最后，祝×××公司蒸蒸日上，在it行業(yè)更上一層樓。

　　希望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能夠批準(zhǔn)我的辭職。
