　　各位老師們上午好，我很高興能參加這次比賽。我的名字叫冷凌萱，今年我12歲了。我是來自橫路中心完小六年級(jí)一班。現(xiàn)在我將開始我的演講《我的夢(mèng)想》。

　　每個(gè)人都有自己的夢(mèng)想，有些人想成為醫(yī)生有些人想成為作家家。但是我的夢(mèng)想是成為一個(gè)老師。因?yàn)槲覛J佩老師。老師在學(xué)校不能教我們很多東西，但是他們盡他們最大的努力去教我們?cè)趺磳W(xué)習(xí)。由于他們我們學(xué)到了很多知識(shí)。并且同時(shí)我們學(xué)到了怎樣去過一個(gè)幸福的生活。他們花大部分的時(shí)間在他們的學(xué)生身上。他們?cè)谖倚睦锸亲詈玫腵。

　　I have a wonderful dream in my heart.Its to speak English very well.Since English is everything for me.English is my best friend.English is my soul.English is my power.Without English， Im nothing at all.Nothing.Now， I can think in English， speak in English， and write in English.Some people think Im an Indian.Some people regard Im a Pakistan.And some people even consider that Im an Egyptian.But if I could speak English as good as an American， my future would be brilliant.So I work very hard。

　　在我心中有一個(gè)漂亮的幻想。那就是說一口流利的英語(yǔ)。由于對(duì)我來說英語(yǔ)就是我的一切。英語(yǔ)是我最好的朋友。英語(yǔ)是我的靈魂。英語(yǔ)賜予我力氣。沒有英語(yǔ)，我什么都沒有。什么都沒有。此刻，我能夠用英語(yǔ)的方式思索，用英語(yǔ)說話，用英語(yǔ)書寫。有些人以為我是印第安人。有些人以為我是巴基斯坦人。有些人甚至認(rèn)為我是埃及人。但假如我能說英語(yǔ)能像美國(guó)人說的.那么好，我的將來會(huì)很完善。所以我很努力學(xué)習(xí)。

　　when i was a naughty boy, may be because of the influence of the bing zhang ga,my dream was to be a soldier just like zhang ga. i thought if i was a soldier, i should be able to swim, dive and climb trees as he did. it seemed to be very wonderful. so i began to learn swimming, diving and climbing trees. i practiced every day and finally i could do them well. but when i entered junior high school and had the military training. i suddenly found that being a soldier was very difficult and i wasnt strong enough to bear it . i had to give my dream up.

　　but i wasnt discouraged, and i had new aim, which was to be a postman, or rather to be a newspaper boy. as a newspaper boy. i could speed along streets on a bike and throw newspapers onto every porch. thats also very cool. so i started learning to ride a bicycle. after the everyday practice, i could go very fast by bicycle. but to my disappointment, the job which i wanted only existed in western counties not in china, because there was no porch in china. and chinese postmen had to stuff very thick newspapers into very small mailboxes from very narrow entrances. the job was far from what i had expected. so once again my dream fell through.

　　perhaps you have had the same experience as i and most of your dreams havent come true yet. but i think it doesnt matter, because if you have a dream, youll make many efforts to realize it. this course is really important. if i hadnt dreamt of being a soldier or a newspaper boy. i wouldnt have learned to swim, to dive, to climb trees or to ride a bicycle. even if our dream cant come true, youll learn much from the efforts you have made. so what i want to tell us is that dream helps us to grow up and teaches us how to control our lives . it is dream that gives us power and makes our lives colorful
