語(yǔ)法 賓語(yǔ)從句(一)
由連詞 that 引導(dǎo)的賓語(yǔ)從句, that 在口語(yǔ)中常省略。
She says (that) she will leave a message on his desk.
Lin Tao feels (that) his own team is even better.
He said (that) the fastest way to travel was by plane.
Jim thought (that) the train was like a big moving party.

二、教學(xué)步驟(Teaching steps)
第13課
[步驟1] 復(fù)習(xí)
如果可能,帶一部電話(或一部玩具電話)到課堂上。如果沒(méi)有,就畫一幅電話的圖畫。問(wèn) What’s this? What do you say when you answer the telephone? 在學(xué)生的幫助下收集一段在線的對(duì)話,可能需要用中文對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)。
A: Hello. Can/Could I speak to (Name), please?
B: Speaking.
A: This is (Name) etc.
注釋:
英文中某人說(shuō) This is Joyce。中國(guó)學(xué)生常常會(huì)說(shuō)I am …,這是因?yàn)樗侵形摹拔沂恰钡闹苯臃g。從這一點(diǎn)看從中文直譯到英文是不行的。和一些學(xué)生一起練習(xí)一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的電話。(e.g.How are you today? What are you doing now? Do you want to go to the cinema later?)然后讓全班同學(xué)兩人一組練習(xí)對(duì)話。
[步驟2] 聽、讀和表演
學(xué)生用書第16頁(yè),第1部分,聽力訓(xùn)練錄音帶第13課。合上書本!告訴學(xué)生 Mr Green is telephoning Jim’s school. Why does Mr Green want to come to Jim’s school? Listen and find out the answer.給學(xué)生播放錄音,讓他們從中找出答案。(Because he wants to tell the school that Jim is going to Mount Emei on Friday –看學(xué)生是否能夠猜出mount的意思。)打開書,讓學(xué)生默讀對(duì)話,然后提問(wèn)題:Who does Mr Green want to talk to?(the headmaster-讓學(xué)生猜這個(gè)詞的意思)When does he want to talk to the headmaster?(As soon as possible-看學(xué)生是否可以猜出這個(gè)短語(yǔ)的意思。)When is Mr Green free ?(Every day except today.)What time can he come tomorrow ?(Between 8:00 and 9:00)教學(xué)生except這個(gè)詞。給學(xué)生再放一遍錄音,讓學(xué)生聽并且重復(fù),注意語(yǔ)調(diào)和重音,然后讓學(xué)生兩人一組練習(xí)對(duì)話。
[步驟3] 介紹新語(yǔ)言項(xiàng)目
問(wèn)學(xué)生如下問(wèn)題: How old are you? Where do you live? What’s your favourite colour ?等等,在黑板上寫下某個(gè)學(xué)生的答案:
Han Mei: I’m fourteen years old.
I live on Jiefang Street.
My favourite colour is red.
介紹下列這種句子結(jié)構(gòu)
Han Mei says she’s fourteen years old.
She says she lives on Jiefang Street.
She says her favourite colour is red.
讓學(xué)生聽錄音并讓他們重復(fù),然后把這些句子寫在黑板上,對(duì)兩組句子進(jìn)行比較,指出不同:I’m變成she’s; I live 變成 she lives ; My favourite 變成her favourite . 告訴學(xué)生還可以將句式變成She says that …。
[步驟4] 操練
從別的學(xué)生那里再收集一些答案,并讓學(xué)生將句式轉(zhuǎn)換為He/She says …,然后用I know …的句式反復(fù)練習(xí)。使班上學(xué)生會(huì)說(shuō)一些他們了解的一個(gè)學(xué)生的情況,例如:
Ham Mei : My favourite colour is red.
Students : I know her favourite colour is red.
[步驟5] 練習(xí)
學(xué)生用書第16頁(yè)第2部分,過(guò)一遍這一部分的內(nèi)容,然后和單個(gè)學(xué)生討論這段對(duì)話,并讓全班同學(xué)兩人一組練習(xí)。
[步驟6] 練習(xí)冊(cè)
做練習(xí)冊(cè)第13課,Ex.1和2和全班一起口頭完成練習(xí)1。
對(duì)于Ex.2 ,在課上找兩個(gè)同學(xué)做一下范例,例如:A: Polly說(shuō)了什麼?(What does Polly say ?)B: Polly 說(shuō)她想要一個(gè)蘋果。(Polly says that she wants to have an apple .)然后讓全班同學(xué)兩人一組用同樣的方式進(jìn)行練習(xí)。
家庭作業(yè):
做練習(xí)冊(cè)Ex.2,在練習(xí)本上寫下第4,6和8個(gè)對(duì)話。
第14課
[步驟1] 復(fù)習(xí)
1 復(fù)習(xí)打一段簡(jiǎn)單的電話對(duì)話。
2 核對(duì)家庭作業(yè)。
[步驟2] 讀前問(wèn)題
學(xué)生用書第17頁(yè),第1部分,在課上讀一下問(wèn)題,讓學(xué)生兩人一組討論這些問(wèn)題,找?guī)讉(gè)學(xué)生和全班一起給出他們的答案。
[步驟3] 介紹新語(yǔ)言項(xiàng)目
問(wèn)學(xué)生第13課中關(guān)于電話對(duì)話的問(wèn)題,如What did Mr Green want to talk to the headmaster about ? 通過(guò)陳述Jim乘坐火車的故事介紹其中一些生詞。方式如下:Jim is going to Sichuan Province on the train . He is having an enjoyable time. His trip is not rushed. The train is very lively because some people are playing cards. Some are reading magazines and some just talking. The train is very comfortable because it’s easy to move around in. On the train Jim can also look outside at the beautiful scenery.一邊講述故事,一邊把生詞寫下來(lái):province , enjoyable , rush , lively , magazine , comfortable 和 scenery 。幫助學(xué)生猜出這些詞的意思。
[步驟4] 讀
學(xué)生用書第17頁(yè)第2部分。放第14課錄音,讓學(xué)生瀏覽文章,依據(jù)以下問(wèn)題尋找答案,問(wèn)學(xué)生What did Jim think the train was like ?核對(duì)答案,(He thought it was like a big moving party .)然后讓學(xué)生仔細(xì)閱讀這段文章,問(wèn)一些相關(guān)的問(wèn)題,你可以用練習(xí)冊(cè)第14課Ex.1的問(wèn)題作為指導(dǎo),但先不要讓學(xué)生看到這些問(wèn)題。教學(xué)生以下的單詞和表達(dá)法,rail, railway, all kinds of, keep doing something, offer, practise, moving 和click。
你可以使用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)來(lái)解釋這些單詞:keep doing something 的意思是to do something again and again, offer 的意思是to give a chance to have, click 的意思是the sound the train makes as it goes over tracks.
播放錄音讓學(xué)生聽錄音并重復(fù)。

練習(xí)冊(cè)第14課Ex.2和3,這兩個(gè)練習(xí)都可以在課堂上完成。

[步驟2] 朗讀,表演
學(xué)生用書第18頁(yè),第1部分,口語(yǔ)錄音帶第15課。在黑板上寫下如下問(wèn)題:Why did Jim and Lin Tao have to stop talking ?核對(duì)答案(The bell rang.)打開書,教學(xué)生新單詞pity, score 和 own.讓學(xué)生兩人一組練習(xí)對(duì)話,并挑出幾組同學(xué)為全班表演他們的對(duì)話,保證學(xué)生運(yùn)用姿勢(shì)和面部表情。
和全班一起做練習(xí)冊(cè)第15課Ex.1的練習(xí)。
[步驟3] 練習(xí)
學(xué)生用書第18頁(yè),第2部分,和學(xué)生一起看一下范例,然后讓兩個(gè)學(xué)生先做第一個(gè)句子。答案是:Lin Tao告訴Jim 他們昨天下午有一場(chǎng)足球比賽。讓學(xué)生兩人一組進(jìn)行問(wèn)答練習(xí)。在全班核對(duì)答案。進(jìn)行討論提出來(lái)的疑難問(wèn)題。
[步驟4] 練習(xí)冊(cè)
做練習(xí)冊(cè)第15課,Ex.2。先讓學(xué)生自己做這個(gè)練習(xí),然后三人一個(gè)小組做這個(gè)練習(xí)。首先口述以下句子:
This is the best season to have an outing.
Tomorrow is Sunday, October 20th.
We’re going to the Western Hills for a picnic.
We’ll stay there until 5 o’clock tomorrow afternoon.
Both food and drink should be taken for lunch.
Everyone should wear sports shoes.
They will make the climbing easy and comfortable.
The scenery in the Hills is very beautiful, so you can bring cameras.
You can also bring some books or magazines for reading when you have a rest.
We’ll meet at the school gate at seven tomorrow morning and go there by bus as soon as possible.
Please don’t be late.
陳述完成后,把學(xué)生組成三人一組。學(xué)生A讀以上的句子,學(xué)生B問(wèn)學(xué)生C,What did she/he say?學(xué)生C回答,He/She said (that)tomorrow is Sunday, December 22nd. 然后讓學(xué)生B讀下一個(gè)句子,學(xué)生C問(wèn)問(wèn)題學(xué)生A回答。以此類推。
Ex.3是一個(gè)選擇練習(xí),并可以讓學(xué)生自己完成,或是作為補(bǔ)充練習(xí),讓那些比其他學(xué)生先完成練習(xí)的同學(xué)做。

第16課
[步驟1] 復(fù)習(xí)
1. 復(fù)習(xí)第15課的對(duì)話,讓幾組學(xué)生為全班表演對(duì)話。
2. 復(fù)習(xí)賓語(yǔ)從句,方式是讓一個(gè)學(xué)生陳述他腦海中所能想到的任何一件事情,例如:Today it’s cold, I like to play volleyball after school. My favourite place in China is Guilin,等等。然后問(wèn)全班同學(xué),What did he/she say?同學(xué)們應(yīng)該回答,He/She said (that)…
[步驟2] 聽
學(xué)生用書第19頁(yè)第1部分,聽力訓(xùn)練錄音帶第16課。首先讓學(xué)生看練習(xí)冊(cè)第16課Ex.1的表格,然后播放錄音,給學(xué)生幾分鐘時(shí)間完成表格,再播放一次錄音,讓學(xué)生核對(duì)他們的答案。如果必要,可以播放第三遍。
Listening test
Today is Thursday, November 10th. The time is 3:00in the zfternoon.
A: Hello, this is Mrs King. I’m the mother of one of Jim’s classmates. Is Mr or Mrs Green there?

學(xué)生用書第19頁(yè)第2部分,和學(xué)生一起看圖表,然后讓5個(gè)學(xué)生讀圖表下面的例子,然后讓剩下的學(xué)生5或6人一組,依據(jù)示例提問(wèn)并回答。教師在教室里巡視,確認(rèn)每個(gè)學(xué)生都能明白該如何做,并用英語(yǔ)完成。
[步驟4] 說(shuō)和寫
學(xué)生用書第19頁(yè)第3部分,先讓三個(gè)學(xué)生依照例子做練習(xí),然后讓全班學(xué)生三人一組依據(jù)例子繼續(xù)進(jìn)行問(wèn)答練習(xí),并讓各組給出他們的答案。

學(xué)生用書第20頁(yè)第4部分,說(shuō)I like to travel, but sometimes there are some bad points to traveling. Look at the from. Take a couple of minutes to fill it in with both good points and bad points about traveling. See if you can add a few more points.給學(xué)生幾分鐘時(shí)間完成表格,然后讓幾個(gè)學(xué)生告訴你他們所寫的,把他們的答案寫在黑板上。然后讓學(xué)生寫一小段有關(guān)旅行的文字,下面是一個(gè)范文:I haven’t traveled much, but I think I would like to. My friends say that in China, you can travel cheep. If travel, I would like to go to places such as Xishuangbanna, Tibet, Qinghai and Fujian. These places are very different from my hometown. I think I can learn a lot by traveling to these places. I can learn about different people and the way they live. I can learn about many different kinds of things like food, song and dances. I think it is interesting to see different kinds of scenery like the mountains and Qinghai Lake. Not only is traveling a lot of but also education.

學(xué)生用書第20頁(yè)第5部分,這個(gè)游戲可以三人一組完成,或當(dāng)作一個(gè)競(jìng)賽。合上書,依據(jù)全班人數(shù)的多少,分成3或4組,然后對(duì)每組的第一個(gè)學(xué)生耳語(yǔ)傳給第二個(gè)學(xué)生,以此類推。每個(gè)人必須小聲說(shuō)話,以不讓別人聽到。當(dāng)每一組都完成游戲后,讓每組最后一個(gè)學(xué)生說(shuō)出這句話,看到這句話在傳遞過(guò)程中如何經(jīng)常變化是很有趣的。能夠準(zhǔn)確傳遞這段話的一組得一分。
[步驟7] 復(fù)習(xí)要點(diǎn)4
過(guò)一遍語(yǔ)法點(diǎn),把句子轉(zhuǎn)換為直接引語(yǔ),如:He says, “I want to see the headmaster.” 讓學(xué)生把這句話變成間接引語(yǔ),由此你可以有一個(gè)含賓語(yǔ)從句的句子作為復(fù)習(xí)要點(diǎn)4里的第一個(gè)例句。照此方法做其他四句,如有問(wèn)題就進(jìn)行討論。練習(xí)“有用的表達(dá)法”保證學(xué)生能夠明白并會(huì)使用。
[步驟8] 測(cè)試
大聲說(shuō)以下句子,讓學(xué)生依據(jù)He/She says… 或They say…的結(jié)構(gòu)寫下以下句子來(lái)。
例如:
T: Li Lei say,“I live in East Street.”
Ss:(寫)Li Lei says he lives in East Street.
1. Kate says,“I like apples very much.”
2. Han Mei says,“My favourite colour is blue.”
3. Lily and Lucy say,“We go to school on foot.”
4. Jim says,“Mr Hu is my Chinese teacher.”
5. Miss Gao says,“I’m not very good at basketball.”

做練習(xí)冊(cè)第16課,Ex.2-6. 練習(xí)冊(cè)第16課, Ex.2,口語(yǔ)錄音帶第16課。Ex.2可以與全班一起完成,放錄音讓學(xué)生聽并讓他們跟著重復(fù),注意停頓、重音和語(yǔ)調(diào)。
Ex. 3-5可以兩人一組完成
Ex. 3,看看學(xué)生如何盡可能多地快速造一些。
Ex. 6可以全班一起完成,首先和學(xué)生一起讀問(wèn)題,讓學(xué)生瀏覽全文尋找答案,如果時(shí)間足夠,讓學(xué)生三人一小組表演。
Ex. 7是選擇題,可以讓學(xué)生分小組完成。
